Security Support Care Assistant
This position provides direct care, treatment, and security for forensic psychiatric and sex offender clients in maximum and intermediate security settings. Duties include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, performing security checks, and administering medications. Candidates should have basic nursing, first aid, and emergency treatment knowledge and be able to work with individuals with mental or physical illnesses, developmental disabilities, or geriatric needs.
Qualification:
0-1 year of experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)

Senior Security Support Care Assistant
This second-level direct care position involves providing care, treatment, and security for forensic psychiatric and sex offender clients in maximum and intermediate security settings, with potential lead worker responsibilities. Duties include assisting with daily activities, monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, supporting rehabilitation, and facilitating transfers. The role may also involve administering medication as a Certified Medication Technician and performing security-related tasks. Candidates should have knowledge of behavior modification techniques, medical terminology, and drug classifications, along with the ability to maintain records and reports.
Qualification:
1-2 year of experience. (Substitutions may be allowed)

Supervising Security Support Care Assistant
This supervisory direct care position involves overseeing the care, treatment, and security of forensic psychiatric and sex offender clients in maximum and intermediate security settings. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, assisting with care plans, observing and reporting behaviors, and supporting rehabilitation and transfers. The role also involves supervising support staff, communicating with doctors and families, educating clients, and coordinating offsite transport and restraints when necessary. Candidates should have knowledge of facility regulations, supervision methods, and staff evaluation techniques.
Qualification:

Support Care Assistant
This first-level direct care position assists clients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks, while also monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, and reporting on client conditions. Responsibilities may include performing security-related functions and administering medications as a medication aide. Candidates should have basic nursing, first aid, and emergency treatment knowledge and be able to work with individuals with physical or mental illnesses, developmental disabilities, or geriatric needs.

Senior Support Care Assistant
This second-level direct care position may function as a lead worker and involves assisting clients with daily activities such as feeding, bathing, dressing, and hygiene tasks. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, recording intake and output, participating in rehabilitation and transfers, and preparing, administering, and charting medications as a Certified Medication Technician under a professional nurse's direction. The role may also involve security functions in a mental health care setting and serving as a Restorative Nursing Assistant. Candidates should have knowledge of behavior modification techniques, medical terminology, drug classifications, and the ability to maintain records and reports.

Supervising Support Care Assistant
This supervisory direct care position involves administering medications, taking vital signs, assisting with care plan activities, and observing and reporting client conditions and behaviors. Responsibilities include overseeing support staff, communicating with doctors, clients, and families, and educating clients on care. The role may also involve providing offsite transport, applying restraints when necessary, and performing some security-related functions in a mental health care setting. Candidates should have knowledge of facility regulations, supervision techniques, and the ability to evaluate staff performance.
