1. Program Description

The Missouri Department of Mental Health Employment Recruitment SMS Program (the "Program") sendsautomated text messages to individuals who have voluntarily opted in to receiveupdates about job opportunities, hiring events, application status, testingschedules, and guidance through the hiring process with the Missouri Department of Mental Health. This is a non-commercial public service communication program.

2. How to Opt In

You may opt in to receive SMSmessages by visiting https://joindmh.us/ and completing the recruitmentinterest form, providing your mobile phone number and consenting to receivetext messages before submitting. By submitting the form with SMS consentenabled, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from the Missouri Department of Mental Health at the mobile number provided.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile number provided and that youare at least 18 years of age.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your position in the hiring process. You may receive up to 5 messages permonth. Messages may include notifications about written test registration, nextsteps in the hiring process, prescreen questionnaires, and point-of-contactintroductions.

4. Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Please check with your wireless carrier for details regarding your text messaging plan. The Missouri Department of Mental Health does not charge for thisservice.

5. Opt-Out Instructions

8. Types of Messages Sent

Examples of messages you mayr eceive include:

•      "Thank you for your interest. The first step in the process is to register for the written test."

•      "For all interested candidates, we have a 3-question prescreen questionnaire."

•      "Thank you for submitting your information. We would like to introduce your direct point of contact for next steps."

9. Privacy & Data Use

The MIssouri Department of Mental Health collects your mobile phone number solely for the purpose of sendingemployment and recruitment-related SMS communications. We will not sell, rent,or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your information is used exclusively for this Program and is managed in accordancewith our Privacy Policy, available at: https://joindmh.us/privacy-policy.

10. No Warranties

The Missouri Department of Mental Health provides this SMS Program as a public service on an "as-is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery of messagesand are not responsible for transmission delays or failures caused by yourwireless carrier or third-party services.

11. Modifications

The Missouri Department of Mental Health reserves the right to modify or discontinue this Program at anytime. Material changes to these Terms and Conditions will be communicated via SMS or updated on our website.
